The interview process followed a standard procedure of an initial recruiter screening call, followed by a call with the direct hiring manager, a four-person panel with various stakeholders in the accounting group, and finally a call with the corporate controller. All along the way, the assigned recruiter was there to facilitate any questions or concerns. For example, they were helpful in providing me contact emails to send thank you notes. One thing I want to highlight was that I communicated having a competing offer and they responded quickly and professionally by expediting the process to allow me the chance to decide between the offers.
