First recruiter call which was professional, then interview with hiring manager which was also professional he knows what he talking about and he was very nice to me. Then the magic happens and the second interview round was with 3 different team members; the first one was with Security Manager(He was nice and professional but security-related questions were hard for the QA role). The second one was with a QA guy, he was in the China team and he wasn't speaking English. He types some verbal questions over char, he didn't open the camera, he didn't ask me any coding or QA-related questions. After 15 minutes we start interviewing someone else suddenly jump the conversation and he said he is a developer and he will be translating the questions. After the second guy joins the call they were laughing frequently(I don't know why). They even ask my salary expectation during technical interviews which were very unprofessional. I don't even think they listen to my answers, mics are close and they were replying to my questions after waiting at least 45 seconds :) The third one was with PM and he was nice.
