One meeting with in-house recruiter when they reviewed my resume with me and told me more about the job. Another meeting with the hiring manager where she asked me a bunch of questions and gave me scenarios to play out with her.

I had a phone screen, and the recruiter appeared unclear about the role's responsibilities and reporting lines. I did not hear back from the recruiter and assume I am no longer under consideration.
