I applied to zoom and had the recruiter email me with a link to schedule a 30-minute zoom call with her. The recruiter did not show up to the call or even have the courtesy to reply to my email asking if she needed to reschedule after 27 minutes of waiting had passed... A few days after that, I followed up again and never heard back. This was the worst interview experience I've had at a company. It was a complete waste of my time and disrespectful to leave someone waiting for an interview and never follow up.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.
