All the interviews were done virtually, and were all scheduled in quick succession after an initial call with the recruiter. It was several 1:1 sessions with department leaders who asked relevant questions but nothing impossible. Once an offer was given, negotiation was quick and started three weeks later.

Recruiter reached out, had good chat. Ryan was awesome, great communication and made me feel comfortable. Got to 2nd and 3rd interview switching positions (CoS wasn’t a good fit) and the fit wasn’t the best (mutually expressed) but Katie was also awesome and friendly. So it was a good experience, more casual talk and less grilling (which was great)
