I connected with the technical recruiter through a referral. At first they told me I’d be meeting with a Hiring Manager. I agreed and said that’s fine. Last minute they switch it up and say it’s actually a technical interview in Python. I was not given a heads up to prepare and told the recruiter.
They gave me a “second chance” but ultimately passed on me. This is also pointing out that the interviewers rushed me and actually ended the interviews short. They were not helpful and genuinely seemed uninterested in assessing a candidate. Do a better job at actually assessing someone’s experience.
