I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Zoox in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview process was long and had several rounds. It started with a recruiter reaching out and then a phone screen. After the screen there was an interview with a manager and then a panel interview another day. The Panel interview was with four people and took a whopping 3 hours straight. After this, they ghosted me for two weeks despite following up multiple times. At the end they rejected me on the grounds that I "did not have the years of experience [they] were looking for". This made little sense to me as they had my resume from the first interview.

What excites you about the job?
Easy process not hard at all prep about company and its background information. Learn about executives and their background to make them feel good. Very nice and easy process in other words be gentle and nice
Spoke to hiring manager and several team members as well as a handful of hire-ups. Around a dozen separate in total including panel interviews (all remote due to covid). Process took 10 weeks or so. One of the longer processes I’ve experienced for a junior role.
