Various reasons-saw in local newspapers that the college is experiencing record low enrollment, retention is down, low staff moral and budget crisis from prior administration-so it’s future is dismal-mismanagement of state funds-and layoffs of large percentage of staff/faculty.
Questions were not difficult. A pretty easy get-to-know-you interview.
