I wasn't really asked any questions. I was just given the job description, given the chance to meet the other team members, then was returned to the hiring manager who asked me if I had questions about the job. After I was officially hired and given a start date, I was called about 3 more times and asked to provide additional paperwork or information they had forgotten to ask me for. It was always made clear that these requests were urgent and I had to get the information to them right away (even though my start date was 2 weeks away). They sounded like the sky would fall in if I didn't stop what I was doing and immediately bring in the paperwork they wanted. That attitude has not changed and should've been my first clue. Everything there is still an emergency. They are always in reactive mode putting out fires because they are so inefficient and incompetent.
It was an easy chat with the editor over the phone. I don't remember difficult questions.

Interview went well. The employers were very nice and communicative. They make me feel relaxed throughout the interview. The questions were mixed of tough and easy. You need to have sound knowledge of your domain.
