The case interview was based on two online banking statements interfaces. The new interface with additional information on purchases (store logos, location, contact info). Vendors A provides a 60% match in merchant information (costs $0.08/trans). Vendor B provides a 40% match in merchant information (costs $0.05/trans). Capital One still pays each 100% even though there is not a promise they'll be able to transcribe all information from merchants.
