It was during a tour of the school that I did my interview. The vp asked me questions a family would ask me. I also spoke to our fiscal health of the school, challenges the school faced re enrollment and my plan to address those. I spoke to our accreditation standing and how I would ensure success of the team during the accrediting bodies visit.

The most difficult part was the 1 on 1 interview where the interviewer was "in role" - it was essentially a consulting case interview, but the interview had a few very specific points of information he was trying to get me to ask him for, unlike a typical case interview where the process is a bit more organic.

Am Assessmenttag wird die Vorbereitung für einen Kunden in der Gruppe simuliert. Es werden drei Produkte vorgestellt, bei denen man sich für ein Produkt entscheiden muss, dass man entsprechend der vorliegenden Unterlagen beim Kunden präsentieren möchte. Anschließend muss eine Präsentation für den Kunden erstellt werden. Dabei muss auch die Abgrenzung gegen Wettbewerber berücksichtigt werden. Währenddessen jeweils Einzelgespräche mit Vertriebsleitern, die verschiedene Persona geben. Einzelgespräche: 1: Meeting mit Account Manager, dem man Fragen über den Kunden, bei dem es ein Produkt zu platzieren gilt stellen kann (10min Zeit) 2: Meeting mit Sales Director: Beschreiben der Herangehensweise zur Platzierung beim Kunden und Verteidigung/Begründung, warum ein bestimmtes Produkt platziert werden soll
