If you were confronted with an issue on the phone and your manager was unavailable, how would you deal with this?
Q: A customer had a sale/charge but isn't seeing the credit in their dashboard, what could be wrong? (She said: This is a difficult question even for a Stripe support person, I just want you to work through and know your thought process)
No technical questions at all, nearly all of this time was spent trying to understand if I was a good personality fit for the organisation. No time was spent trying to understand whether or not I could inject new skills and experience.
Why do you want to work at Delta?
I was asked what the minimum salary I would be. Contrary to the advertisement, the job was located another 1/2 hour from where I live. That would make the commute more than 1 hour.
