When I was first contacted by my recruiter, Ana Quinonez, I was told she would call me at 5 PM. However, she was on the West Coast, and I am in Richmond, VA, so she called me at 8 PM. However, she didn't bother to consider the time difference, and did this multiple times throughtout the process. Her call consisted of the typical interview questions (Why do you want to work here, what are your goals, etc.). However, Ana called me the next day, and told me they would need a week before they could take the next steps, but never told me why. A week later, I set up a interview on the job site. I went to the Richmond office, and signed in. I spoke with three people individually, and they asked me the exact same questions. I could even tell that two of them were reading off a script because I was on a video call with two of them, and they looked down at the questions while reading. The questions were very typical and generic, and all 3 of the interviewers looked bored. Another week later, Ana called again, and explained I didnt get the job, but never answered my questions when I emailed her back asking why. Personally, I'd say I dodged a bullet not being hired here, all the people at the Richmond office looked miserable, and the commiuncation between the recruiters, interviewers, and managers is lackluster on a good day.I wasn't hired and I guess everyone is too good to explain why to me. On a final not, this is aimed at you directly, Rik. I know that you put your personal contact information here to save face, but please don't bother on this one, because I've already e-mailed you multiple times, and you've ignorned me. Don't waste your time on Lendup, they are a sub-par company at best.
