We took 50 days to fill this role and spent EUR 6,000 on advertising. Role B has these parameters: 100 candidates applied. From those: 40 made it to the technical challenge, 20 to the 1st interview, 10 to the second interview and 1 got hired. We took 70 days to fill this role and spent EUR 6,000 on advertising.
