What is Figma, and do you have knowledge of using it?"—a question that should be irrelevant for a role focused on recruitment. Additionally, I was asked to "make a recruitment flowchart", which seemed unnecessary and out of context for the role. This kind of questioning makes it clear they are not aligned with the actual responsibilities of the position and might be just gathering candidate information without any real hiring intent. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company.

Several aspects have been tested; behavioral questions, previous working experiences, technical abilities, soft-hard skills check, interests & motivations. It was a very complete process where core competencies got reviewed through the interview rounds.
