They both ran through my CV asking questions on each piece, each stating that I had a lot of experience - from already viewing their LinkedIn, they were not out of college more than 3 or 4 years, I had graduated from college when they were probably in High School... The questions were not hard, I got the impression this was a entry level role, however expressed my interest in starting in a 'start up' and that I would bring a lot of experience with me. Over all, the people I met were very nice and friendly, easy to work with types im sure, but very young, me being 30 I felt older than anyone I met.. This did not put me off in the slightest, however when the job came to offering, they work shift work, so this did not suit me. Overall, Ill apply again, I think they would be a great company to work for...
