adidas Assistant Designer interview questions

Phone interviews and email correspondence: I replied to an ad on their careers page after a friend shared the ad, they replied within a few days to set up a phone meeting as a pre-screening for further interviews. Turned out my profile wasn't a perfect fit, but overall very positive experience. Prompt responses and interview set-up, call-ups and overall response rate. Very polite and professional attitude.
