I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Herzogenaurach) in Aug 2016
Interview
Very professionally organised right from travel to/from their HQ in Herzo, to the campus tour once there. Interviewers were very pleasant and took time to get to know the candidate in a conversation mode, rather than a scripted mode like some other places. It felt like a flexible and informal yet a serious place of business. I had a telephonic and video interview preceding the f2f interview in Herzo. At each stage it felt like they were looking to balance out the hiring from a skill set and potential standpoint, and also a personality and cultural fit standpoint.
It is a pity I did not get the role, but certainly had a very positive experience with the organisation. Definitely a place where I would want to work, and will keep applying for relevant openings!
I was contacted by a recruiter with whom I met, then the hiring manager. Everyone was professional and brief. There was not a deep level of conversation with the hiring manager.
It took about a month and involved several individuals from various departments. It was fair and objective throughout. I would recommend and believe that it was executed in a timely manner.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The team had no idea about what they wanted to do. Hence questions were around " tell us how you did x in your previous company"
