I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was invited for an interview by email, which I accepted. 2/3 days went by and I still hadn't received a confirmation email so I decided to call them. Spoke to the Store Manager on the phone and an interview date and time was set. On the day of the interview which was at 9am, I received a text message at 7am to reschedule. Day of the rescheduled interview came and the Store Manager is 30 minutes late, I just thought she wasn't interested in interviewing me and I felt like me being there was pointless. It has now been 5 weeks since the interview and Ive still not heard anything. Not even a rejection email, which shows she wasn't interested.
As a manager myself I feel that some interviewers sometimes forget that they are being observed too, especially in a management role. Heard great things about the company but this first experience will be the last.
The interview goes in two rounds, first with HR and the Retail Director, after, the second interview with the Store Manager and Retail Director. Standard questions regarding experiance, comapny knowledge

Very professional and fast process. Tips were also given for what to prepare for the interview. I was made to feel comfortable. The HR was very nice and kept me updated all through the different stages of interview.
