The interview lasts about half an hour, it's a quick and easy process. As long as you've got some retail and customer facing experience as well as know a little bit about the brand you should fly by. Be yourself and don't fake anything.

I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
