Somewhat easy and straightforward process. Great communication from recruiters. Clear understanding of day to day tasks. Explained the hours, busy moments, and all the steps to succeed in the role.

Interview
I liked the interview style, it was a group interview. It gave an opportunity to make yourself stand out. I had a second interview which was one on one with the general manager where they asked more about my interests and said that my skill set was a best fit for the Visual Merchandiser role.

Interview
Two step process, had to create a presentation and present and then asked interviews questions and then had a practical Visual assessment in store. After all this I was ghosted and never given any feedback. Which I think is disappointing for a big brand like Adidas.
