One conversation with HR and 1 full day of short interviews with group work and 11 other candidates and 6-8 adidas employees (all done online).
I was told by HR that Adidas was looking to hire 6 new people immediately so this is why we had one full day and then they would contact us the next week with results but unfortunately it took longer and they ignored my email, phone call, and Linkedin message until finally out of nowhere came an email that said the usual we do not want you...so I asked for a little more substance in their decision since I was surprised by the negative results as I felt I connected well with the team and had a good presentation throughout. So instead of receiving more details, I got received more silence.
A simple: "we need more time to make the right decision," would have sufficed, and I must say, they should really improve their communications standards.
In the end, I am not sure why Adidas is so highly regarded when their HR seems not to care about people.
