Recruiter reached out via email to set up initial screening and subsequent interviews with hiring manager and teams. I was told the process would move fast as they don't like to waste any time filling open positions. Two full months passed from first contact to final decision notification. No proactive updates were given by recruiting to provide status updates of whether the team was wanting to meet further or not. After three rounds of interviews, and 30 days of silence on the dot since the last interview, I was finally contacted to share their decision. Complete lack of respect for the candidate's time and highly unprofessional to not reach out periodically to let your candidate know where they stand. It was made clear through their silence that I was not chosen for the role.
