I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Amsterdam) in Jul 2022
Interview
The application process on an overall took around 2 weeks.
Unlike others, two of my interview stages (HR + Line manager interview) were combined. The first interview was just get-to-know each other talk — was very easy and laid back.
Then it followed up with a case study with team members and the line manager. This was comparitively harder but doable.
I was then offered a offer, which I accepted. But then there was no follow up afterwards, sent them several emails but no communication as to when I can except it. So maybe this is where it can be improved. Whatever is decided, but the least they could do is follow up.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at adidas (Toronto, ON)
Interview
First step was a video interview. It was an automated, one-way interview. There were behavioural questions - why do you want to work here, tell us about yourself, what are the top trends in marketing.
After the video interview, I get an email from HR wanting to schedule an interview with the manager.
The interview with the manager was in-person and lasted about 40 minutes. It was casual, and consisted of behavioural questions - Why us, which channel of marketing would you use to gain highest revenue, would you take initiatives or be an attentive listener and then provide feedback.
The manager mentioned that there would be a next round with the Sr manager. But I never heard back. I contacted the HR twice, followed up with them, but no response. It would make for a better interview experience if the HR responds whether I get called for the next round or not. Very unprofessional from them.
