Interview
I had 2 rounds of interviews: Firstly by HR (over phone) and department director (on Microsoft Teams). Additional technical interview may take place (in between) depending on the role - usually an assessment on PPT and/or Excel skills.

Question 1
A mixture of behavior and brand-specific questions would be expected: - Why adidas? Why this specific role? - Tell me a time when you think outside of the box. - Name the 5 competitors of adidas.
You are asked to prepare the interview by looking at their careers website. Then they ask you personal questions about your past experience and link them to the values at the company.
