I applied online on the 25th and got a call saying they would like me to come in for an interview a few days later. By the 5th of the next month I got a phone call saying that I got the position and to come in on a Sunday to fill out paperwork.

It was a group interview so they didn't ask much questions due to everyone in the room having to come up with a different answer. But most of them were personal questions like name a time u received great customer service. Tell us something about you and what you like to do in your spare time.

Interview
I had 2 people to interview me. They were friendly. Asked me a lot of questions and listened to me carefully while making some notes. I answered about 20 questions in total and spent half an hour.

Remember a situation from your previous working experience when you made a mistake. How did you behave?
Not difficult why you want to work here, and what products you are familiar with. I would recommend looking into the company and dressing nice, not to mention don't be nervous.
Very straightforward and easy. Offered me the job on the spot. Everyone is nice and lighthearted. The interview asked basics like "tell me about a time when you gave great customer service"
