I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online and got emailed to come in for an interview about a month later. The interview was fairly simple. The guy who was interviewing me was really laid back and it wasn't very serious. (I mean that in a good way) Since I was applying for a seasonal position, he talked and asked a lot about my availability but also asked me questions about myself. He hired me on the spot and we even did paperwork right after the interview.

Question 1
Remember a situation from your previous working experience when you made a mistake. How did you behave?
Not difficult why you want to work here, and what products you are familiar with. I would recommend looking into the company and dressing nice, not to mention don't be nervous.
Very straightforward and easy. Offered me the job on the spot. Everyone is nice and lighthearted. The interview asked basics like "tell me about a time when you gave great customer service"
