adidas Senior Manager, Talent Development interview questions

I was called by the same Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager twice for the same role in two separate occasions. Years apart. First time, I went through first interview with her then final with the person the role reports to and someone from operations. After that I was ghosted. The role was filled internally. They call me again for the same role years after. I thought maybe the first time was an oversight. Did the same process, panel with the person the role reports to and someone from operations. Only to be ghosted again. They never hired anyone for the role. Just as feedback, the Director of Talent did not know how to ask technical questions and clearly inexperienced.
