The training session it was over several weeks one night a week. But well worth having that level of introduction to their teaching method and the school.

There were no unexpected questions. I prepared a lesson for the benefit of the current Dean so they could assess my potential to teach at Virginia College. This is my first time teaching.
Although I was not asked these questions, the interviewer said that, for future job interviews, I should expect to be asked questions such as "how would you deal with difficult students," "how would you handle a conflict with a student," and "what's your teaching philosophy."
