Very few questions outside of the electronic personality test everyone is required to take prior to the interview. Very long multiple choice question where the receiver of the test can see if you are red, yellow or green. A green means you are a good employee - passive, follows instructions. Yellow means you are a good candidate for management but not employee material and red can be good or bad depending on the reviewer. Red might be a good manager but never a good employee. The interview itself was standard, I was asked about previous employment and why I wanted to work for Kroger.

Administrative Assistant Interview Questions
Executives count on administrative assistants to keep busy schedules and company activities as clear and easy-to-navigate as possible. Expect questions about your organizational, time management, and communication skills. Many of these questions will be story-based, so come ready to explain a time when you successfully juggled multiple deadlines or were able to handle difficult customers at the front desk. Though these interviews focus primarily on soft skills, you may be asked to answer a question about your ability to use basic administrative software.
