In the group interview they ask two questions that you then have to answer in front of the entire group. The first is just about your educational and work background. The second question is why you think you would be good at the job/ better at it than everyone else in the room.
This was not a difficult interview if you have sales experience.

apply online, do phone interview first then do face to face interview with associate directors then face to face with senior director. they hire often due to high turnover. if you don't excel in the job position you might want to consider other alternatives.
