Just say the customers are happy and have a good experience in store. How would you help a customer buy a gift for a young girl? Just say you would ask them questions about what she's like (e.g. does she wear perfume/dresses) Can't really remember any other questions, the interview felt like more of a conversation. The lady was just going through a form. They asked if I had any questions, so I just asked whether they often offered overtime. If there was more time I would have asked what they enjoyed most about the job/what they are looking for in customer advisers.
