Then followed a 40 mins long interview. Started with usual stuff - tell me about yourself etc Then followed 6 competency based questions. I can remember just a few. 1.Tell us when you had to change your approach to give excellent customer service 2. Tell us when you had to deal with a difficult customer 3. Tell us when you had to escalate an issue keeping customer service in mind
