Please describe for me an experience when you were asked to lead a team. Walk me through your initial thought process regarding setting it up, forming the team. What went right? What went wrong? Okay, let's go back to where we were. Etc.
The first person wanted me to actually demonstrate on a whiteboard how I would go through an Agile implementation for an enterprise organization.
