how do I get along with others? what are my strengths? what would others consider my strengths? how do I feel about customer service?
Basic math questions. Depending on the department. Can you lift 40 to 50 pounds by yourself? How do you handle being in the hot sun all day ? Can you work in the heat without air-conditioning, the greenhouses get very hot and humid even early on let alone in July and August. Many can't take the heat. If you start in March then the weather can be very cold and wet. Can you work in the cold and rain or snow if need be out side?

The interviewer asked me simple money handling questions, such as : “If a customer hands you a $50 note for an order totalling $42.50, what is their change?”
