The interview was a study case about a company wishing to expand its market in several areas in Indonesia. I was asked to solve the study case for three days, however they sent me the study case pretty late, which quite depleted my time to do it. Afterwards, you would be asked to attend the presentation to the manager regarding your solutions of the study case.

In technical test, I was asked to do functional modelling. Their question was flawed and had gaps which could not have been modelled properly without further clarification. Because they know their internal system structure, they frame question in a way only they can understand. They didn't contemplate, how an outsider would interpret the flawed question. Their expectation for someone unfamiliar with their software to answer their question was ridiculously unrealistic
