What are your weaknesses?
Pre interview Screening with HR - basic questions to try and see if you are a fit. Drug test background check etc. Interview 1: Manager asked me general behavioral questions. Why do you want to work for KLX, why do you want to leave your current job, do you consider a macro-micro person?? Why would you not want to be or not be the next CEO of the company. Give me a situation where you experience this or that how did you resolve the problem....Tell me your skills with Excel, etc... Interview Round 2: was with higher manager. Same set of questions. It felt like they did not communicate on what was asked and manager repeated the same thing so I answered the same way. Interview 3: Same thing happened. This time it was in a room with manager on conference phone, and about 5 people surrounding the conference table. Same questions were asked. I would say the newer questions were asked ny the direct manager and the human resources representative. The other people in the room asked very basic and often redundant questions. (no communication???)
