The hiring manager treated this interview as an opportunity to get free consulting. Most of his questions did not revolve around the job specs. Many of the other questions seemed out of an HR Manual with the usual what do you want to do in 5 years etc.
Tech interview, started by having me give an overview of my CV. Then they asked me questions about working with tools to document requirements, how I gather requirements, handling slowly changing dimensions. They asked about my management experience, both managing staff and projects. Then I got to ask about the role.
