The interviewer may test your critical thinking and decision making skills by having you solve word problems on the spot, as you will be expected to know how to gather insights into and draw conclusions from the data you collect on the job. Questions: How would you design the credit-rating scheme for this client, what are some of the data you need. After that, the assessor presented me with a database (on a paper), and asked how I would go about building my model using the data there.

The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.

The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.
