What is RAM and how does it work? If I bought a bigger hard drive, why would it not speed up my computer? If I was at a friends house trying to get online, what are some things I would troubleshoot? Explain to me what RAM is as if I'm a 10 y/o kid? What is iCloud? (explain it like you would to a child) Say I call in and I'm at a coffee shop on my iPad and I don't know how to access the internet, walk me through the process you would troubleshoot in iOS? Say I'm still at that coffeeshop and I deleted one of my apps on my iPad, would I have to pay for the app again or can I re-download the app without connecting my iPad to iTunes? Say I go to turn on my monitor but nothing is turning on, what are the basic things you would check?
