The position was for Application Analyst but was asked questions about Cisco engineering, application development, and implementation of a NICE system IVR. The job was actually for workforce management. I have never had a physical reaction to an interview in my life but did. They were not looking for someone to help with workforce management but to implement their entire system the purchased and were paying a low rate. Horrible beyond words and then told me they wanted an SME and not what the job was actually. Rude and dysfunctional. I have never had a physical reaction to an interview, but this was a first. I was actually asked about programing in Jira Angular which is not apart of the job. Cisco engineering questions for this position and was told this was for a SME not workforce management. Pay for a SME.
