On m'a posé des questions sur mon profil, mes expériences antérieures et ma motivation à postuler. On m'a demandé si je comprenais bien les missions du poste, ce que fait l'entreprise, etc. Lors d'un entretien avec l'équipe, on m'a posé des questions plus spécifiques de type mise en situation, telles que « comment aborderiez-vous cette situation » ou « que feriez-vous dans le cas où... » On m'a également demandé de soumettre une étude de cas en guise de dernière étape.
Why did you apply for this role? Have you ever been tempted to give up on something? If you were in the field and something went wrong but you were able to do it whilst not properly following the safety protocol, what would you do? How would you describe the customer being the priority?
