Do you have experience with boats
A patron pulls you aside following swim practice and says that they forgot to share an interesting online link with a fellow teammate. They ask if you could give them the teammates phone number so that they can share the website: what do you do?
The main thing they were looking for was someone who had kept fish as a hobby, but was willing to conform to retail policy and procedure in keeping fish in a big box idealogy. Not everything is going to be how you do it at home.
Since you will have to assist in other areas, do you have any experiences with birds or small animals?
What responsibilities do you think a lifeguard working here has?
It was my first interview so I wasn't sure what to expect. All answers was supposed to be based on the actual experience, a lot of questions that dealt with collaboration, motivation to action and team work. Most difficult situation, how I dealt with it.
