First communicated in the language needed at work (other than English). Then they explained their working in the AR department first and took my feedback/questions if any thing seemed unfamiliar to me. Then I was asked to tell about my past work experience etc. After the interview, there was PSA assessment online and the feedback session.

They were actually suggesting me to take non voice over voice process but at the end I understood that they were just checking whether I change my mind or not ...
