Asked about my experience and how I navigated my them.
For creatives the interview is more about the quality of your portfolio rather than answering questions. One question i found a bit strange at the time though was "Your portfolio is very creative and revolutionary, however i don't see many practical campaigns in it. Would you be able to do a simple ad for Maggi Noodles?" As a creative one aims to be as idealistic as possible as clients will often bring it down to the mundane anyway and i thought this was rather a strange approach.

What would you do if a student was completely disinterested in your class?
The main exploration was about my management style and specific examples of how I deal with certain situations. We talked a lot about my past experiences and what what excited me about Niantic.
If I was very familiar with Illustrator and could use bezier paths to save as SVG files.
