Didnt ask much questions to me
I had actually applied for a cashier position. However, being a mature individual, they asked if I would be willing to work as Asset Protection. It's actually watching the doors into and out of the store as well as electronics. You're not expected to make arrests or anything of that sort. You are a deterrent, but it can lead to ticklish situations.

Tell me about a time when you fix something that didn’t need to be fixed at that exact moment? Tell me a time when your store manager wasn’t on bored with asset protection and how did you get them to understand and get on board with the asset protection team.
Are you able to work weekends?
Most places will ask for a strength and a weakness. Just in case I usually prepare two of each. Rite Aid asked me for three of each. I know it doesn't seem that big of a deal but it caught me off guard
