Asked about my work background. Surprisingly, first of all, manager said she was looking for someone who has finance background. ( I would say this is the example for poor recruiting by recruiter/internal HR /manager). I explicitly stated on phone or my cv that I have no direct experience in this area but they still insisted to make me come and talk. Second, interviewers were late (direct manager was lated about 30 minutes) and not even read through my cv before session. Lastly, after interview I felt negative towards how they manage (manager or hr) with candidates who gave their time for the talk. Lastly, I was not surprised when no single feedback/email/call to let me know about the result.
