Standard interview question. And multiple test that is a waste of time. And after doing the test, they don’t even bother to give any feedback. Probably, they are also using this opportunity to gather more ideas to the impending problem that they are facing. So in another words, getting free ideas and/or advice. So if you don’t mind wasting your time doing test after test in the name of “competency test and employment process” than by all means do all the “test” and prepare for them to go on a no sound no picture on you after the process only to find out that the position is being filled.
