Honestly, I cannot remember a difficult or unexpected question. Some people might be surprised at the startup funds needed and others might not know about other small details. They give you everything you need to know if you take the time to read everything so...can't say much here.

I think I was asked how I would go about communicating with an old Japanese lady about the UK when perhaps she didn't have a positive view of foreigners. I answered that I rather than 'sell' the UK, I would try and communicate with her on a more individual level, removed from nationality. The interviewers seemed to like this and I remember feeling the interview after that point had a much warmer atmosphere.
