During the interview I was asked general questions, nothing too specific..
1. How I handle the flow of business/customers. 2. How I deal with social media negativity. 3. If I had faced customer conflicts at work previously, and if so how did I handle them.
Questions Asked were tell me about yourself, your strength and weaknesses. What was your experience in the previous role? does it match with the job description?
Nothing really unexpected, must know the difference between a co-op and a condo.
What is your experience on YouTube?
Are you comfortable frequently contacting vendors over the phone. Addionally, if you would be comfortable working in a more "rough and tumble" office environment. They emphasized that "this is the building industry, we don't work banking hours."
